WTLC IS A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING SERVICE PROVIDER WHICH OFFERS EMERGENCY AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING AS WELL AS PROVIDES SUPPORTING SERVICES AND COUNSELING TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO ARE VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING.

Part 3 - Line 4a

HOUSING PROGRAM - PROVIDES EMERGENCY SHELTER AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND TO THEIR CHILDREN. PROVIDES EMERGENCY MOTEL SHELTER ACCESS FOR VICTIMS THAT DO NOT NEED A LONGER SERVICE.PROVIDES SHORT TERM SHELTER HOUSING AND SUPPORTING SERVICES FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND TO THEIR CHILDREN.


COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM - PROVIDES NON-RESIDENTIAL SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, EDUCATION AND HOMELESS PREVENTION TO VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.


THE CENTER PROGRAM - PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL GROUPS ON DRUG ABUSE, FAMILY DEVELOPMENT AND MORE. PROVIDES AN ENVIRONMENT FOR THE CHILDREN OF THE VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE TO GET ASSISTANCE IN EDUCATIONAL AND COMMUNICATION NEEDS. PROVIDES CASE MANAGEMENT FOR CLIENTS IN OR OUT OF THE SHELTER.
