HELD A VIRTUAL CONFERENCE FOR ONCOLOGY NURSES. APPROXIMATELY 4,000 NURSES ATTENDED THE CONFERENCES WHICH PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE ATTENDEES.


THE SOCIETY PUBLISHES PERIODICAL AND COMMERCIAL PUBLICATIONS DURING THE YEAR. WE PUBLISH 2 BI-MONTHLY PERIODICALS, A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER, SUPPLEMENTAL ISSUES OF THE MONTHLY PERIODICALS, AND A SUMMARY PERIODICAL OF OUR LARGEST ANNUAL NATIONAL CONFERENCE. THESE ITEMS ARE PROVIDED TO MEMBERS AS PART OF THEIR ANNUAL DUES. ADDITIONALLY, WE PUBLISH AND SELL COMMERCIAL BOOKS RELATED TO NURSING CANCER CARE.


THE SOCIETY PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN A VARIETY OF METHODS. WE UTILIZE ON-LINE COURSES, BOTH WITH LIVE INSTRUCTORS AND THOSE FOR SELF STUDY, WEBCASTS, REGIONAL AND LOCAL LIVE PROGRAMS, TO IMPROVE THE ONCOLOGY NURSES UNDERSTANDING OF THE LATEST TOPICS IN ONCOLOGY.
