THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES IN HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES INVOLVING HOME VISITS, SKILLED NURSING, HOME HEALTH AIDES, PHYSICAL THERAPY AND SPEECH THERAPY. OUR GOAL IS TO KEEP OUR PATIENTS IN THEIR HOME AS LONG AS POSSIBLE WHILE ASSURING THEY ARE SAFE TO DO SO.
