WE FIGHT TO ADVANCE THE FULL ECONOMIC, SOCIAL, CIVIC INCLUSION OF REFUGEES IN THE SAN DIEGO REGION, THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA, AND ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES THE FAIR TREATMENT AND EQUITABLE INCLUSION OF REFUGEES INTO THE SAN DIEGO AREA USING COMMUNITY ORGANIZING TO ACHIEVE COLLECTIVE IMPACT AND POLCY CHANGE. WE EDUCATE COMMUNITY MEMBERS ON COMMUNITY ISSUES SUCH AS HOUSING, ECONOMIC JUSTICE, AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT. THE ORGANIZATION HOLDS EVENTS AND CONDUCTS COMMUNITY OUTREACH EFFORTS TO EDUCATE THE WIDER COMMUNITY ON IMPORTANT TOPICS TO PROMOTE PUBLIC LEADERSHIP ON COMMUNITY ISSUES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES EMERGENCY TEMPORARY GRANTS AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO NEWLY RESETTLE REFUGEES.
