THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO ADVANCING THE UNDERSTANDING, APPRECIATION, AND QUALITY OF WINE AND FOOD THROUGH FUN EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES IN SUPPORT OF ITS DAYS OF TASTE AND SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS. THE DAYS OF TASTE PROGRAM'S ACTIVITIES BRING CHEFS AND FARMERS INTO, UNDERSERVED, FOURTH AND FIFTH GRADE CLASSROOMS TO TEACH STUDENTS IN AN ENGAGING WAY ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF FRESH FOOD AND HOW INGREDIENTS WEAVE THEIR WAY THROUGH DAILY LIFE, FROM FARM TO TABLE.
