THE ORGANIZATION ENCOURAGES TOURISM TO MADISON AND MORGAN COUNTY, GA THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A VISITOR'S CENTER, WHICH IS OPEN 50 HOURS PER WEEK AND 360 DAYS PER YEAR. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROMOTES THE AREA USING BILLBOARDS, WEBSITES, AND SOCIAL MEDIA TO SHOWCASE LOCAL CONVENTION AND TOURISM OPPORTUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES INFORMATION ABOUT AREA POINTS OF INTEREST TO TOUR OPERATORS, FILM PRODUCTION COMPANIES, CONVENTION ORGANIZERS, AND OTHERS.
