THE GROWTH IS ILLUSTRATED BEAUTIFULLY BY A COMMENT FROM A PROGRAM GRADUATE: I BELIEVE IN MYSELF. I LET GO OF NEGATIVE SELF-TALK. I NO LONGER LIVE IN FEAR, AND I AM CONFIDENT!
