TO REDEVELOP AN APPROXIMATE 18 ACRE TRACT OF CONDEMNED/UNUSED LAND IN THE VINE CITY NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE CITY OF ATLANTA INTO GREEN SPACE AS A PUBLIC PARK, CONTAINING HISTORIC MONUMENTS AND HISTORIC EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES. THE DEVELOPMENT WILL BE FOR THE AESTHETIC BENEFIT OF THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBOR DUE TO INCREASED USE, REDUCED PLIGHT, AND A SOURCE OF SHORT AND LONG TERM JOBS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD.
