IT WORKS WITH NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUAKS TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF EQUITABLE PROCESSES, EQUIP ITS COMMUNITY MEMBERS WITH THE TOOLS AND RESOURCES THEY NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN THEM AND FUNDAMENTALLY SHIFT THE NARRATIVE.
