TO HELP PARENTS WHO HAVE LOST CUSTODY OF THEIR CHILDREN BECAUSE OF DRUGS AND/OR ALCOHOL TO BREAK FREE FROM ADDICTION AND REUNITE THEIR FAMILIES QUICKLY BY CONNECTING PARENTS WITH SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT AND A FULL RANGE OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES INCLUDING MENTAL HEALTH CARE, TRANSPORTATION, HOUSING ASSISTANCE AND CASE MANAGEMENT.
