IN 2022 ACFS PROVIDED 700,000 POUNDS OF FOOD TO FAMILIES AND OVER 70,000 BAGS OF FOOD TO CHILDREN IN 5 COUNTIES IN CENTRAL ALABAMA. RECIPIENTS INCLUDE OVER 14,000 STUDENTS IN 38 SCHOOLS AND OVER 1,000 FAMILY UNITS A MONTH. WE HAVE ACHIEVED OUR MISSION WITH OVER 550 VOUNTEERS WORKING IN EXCESS OF 18,100 HOURS.

THE CORPORATION OPERATES A CHARITABLE FOOD BANK TO MEET THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND OTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY AND BEYOND, AND FOR EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES AS DEFINED BY INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501C3. ALL FUNDS RECIEVED SHALL BE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE PURPOSES AND SHALL NOT BENEFIT ANY MEMBER OR EMPLOYEE.
