TALENT RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM GIVES ASPIRING TEACHERS AND SCHOOL LEADERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE PART IN A REAL, HANDS-ON URBAN TEACHING EXPERIENCE WITH INTENSIVE TRAINING, SUPPORT, AND MENTORING.
TEACHER SUPPORT FOCUSES ON IMPROVING THE SKILLS OF CLASSROOM TEACHERS THROUGH OBSERVATION, COACHING CONSULTATIONS, AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
