PROVIDED HALF-DAY, NON-MEDICAL DAY PROGRAMS TO INDIVIDUALS WITH SOME FORM OF DEMENTIA. CAREGIVERS OF THESE INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED RESPITE / RELIEF FROM THEIR CAREGIVING DUTIES BY BRINGING THEIR LOVED ONES FOR PROGRAM VISITS. GRANTS, DONATIONS AND OTHER FUNDRAISING EFFORTS ENABLED US TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE SERVICES.
PROVIDED CAREGIVER SERVICES IN THE FORM OF OUTREACH, EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES AND SUPPORT GROUPS, INCLUDING GROUP MEETINGS .
