FORMERLY KNOWN AS TRI-COUNTY HEALTH CENTER, HATTON PRAIRIE VILLAGE (HPV) IS A LICENSED 39-BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY SINCE 1964, PROVIDING AROUND-THE-CLOCK CARE AND PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH THERAPIES TO HELP RESIDENTS REACH AND MAINTAIN THEIR HIGHEST LEVELS OF INDEPENDENCE. LOCATED IN SOME OF THE RICHEST FARMLAND IN THE RED RIVER VALLEY (NORTH DAKOTA), HPV IS PART OF AN ACTIVE COMMUNITY THAT LOVES AND SUPPORTS HPV AND THE FOLKS WHO LIVE HERE. HPV FEATURES VERY LOW TURNOVER IN STAFF, PROVIDING CONSISTENCY IN CARING FOR OUR RESIDENTS AND MAINTAINING THE ALL-IMPORTANT RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN RESIDENTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND OUR CAREGIVER. HPV IS THE LARGEST EMPLOYER IN THIS RURAL AREA PROVIDING GOOD-TO-EXCELLENT PAYING JOBS TO 85 PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE AREA. OUR AVERAGE CENSUS IS 38 RESIDENTS. HPV IS A 5 STAR RATED FACILITY (BY CMS, CENTER FOR MEDICARE/MEDICAID SERVICES) FOR 11 CONSECUTIVE YEARS AND A TOP NURSING HOME IN THE COUNTRY (RANKED BY U.S. NEWS & WORLD REPORT) FOR TEN CONSECUTIVE YEARS. HPV IS ALSO A TOP RANKED CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NURSING HOME IN THE COUNTRY BY PINNACLE QUALITY INSIGHT FOR TEN CONSECUTIVE YEARS.AT HATTON PRAIRIE VILLAGE, WE ARE COMMITTED TO GIVING ALL OF OUR RESIDENTS THE RIGHT TO MAKE THEIR OWN DECISIONS ON HOW TO LIVE THEIR LIVES. HATTON PRAIRIE VILLAGE ALSO OFFERS 17 INDEPENDENT AND ASSISTED LIVING APARTMENTS, BOTH 1 AND 2-BEDROOM, WITH FULL KITCHENS, GARAGES AND VIEWS OF LOVELY RURAL COUNTRYSIDE. ALL APARTMENTS ARE CONNECTED TO THE HEART OF THE FACILITY, PROVIDING EASY ACCESS TO THE COFFEE SHOP, GIFT SHOP, HAIR SALON, BARBER SHOP, CHURCH, CONCERTS AND ACTIVITIES. TENANTS CAN PURCHASE CUSTOMIZED PERSONAL CARE AND NURSING SERVICES AT VERY REASONABLE RATES TO SUIT THEIR NEEDS AND DESIRES. ANYTIME A TENANT NEEDS HELP, OUR NURSING STAFF IS ONLY A SIMPLE BUTTON PUSH AWAY. THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH ALTRU HEALTH SYSTEM WE ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE THESE VALUABLE SERVICES RIGHT WHERE PEOPLE LIVE, RATHER THAN TRAVELING 40 MILES TO THE NEAREST LARGE CITY THAT PROVIDES THE SAME SERVICES.
