LUTHERAN SOCIAL SERVICES OF NORTH DAKOTA OPERATED PROGRAMS TO HELP PEOPLE ACROSS THE ENTIRE STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA. THESE PROGRAMS TOUCHED PEOPLE OF ALL AGES. THEY HELPED ALLEVIATE HUNGER, MENDED BROKEN RELATIONSHIPS, PLACED CHILDREN IN SAFE ENVIRONMENTS, AIDED ELDERLY CITIZENS AND ADVOCATED ON BEHALF OF THE DISENFRANCHISED.

LUTHERAN SOCIAL SERVICES OF NORTH DAKOTA WAS ORGANIZED DURING FISCAL YEAR 2021 INTO FOUR MAJOR DIVISIONS (1. SENIOR AND HUMANITARIAN SERVICES, 2. CHILDREN'S SERVICES, 3. CLINICAL SERVICES, AND 4. HOUSING-THROUGH AFFILIATE) THAT PROVIDED SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY 24,000 CLIENTS ACROSS THE STATE. MOST OF THE PROGRAMS CEASED OPERATIONS AS OF 1/15/21. AS OF 5/13/21, ANY REMAINING PROGRAMS WERE NO LONGER IN EXISTENCE AND THE ORGANIZATION FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY.
