DEVELOP SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEMS OF THE HOMELESS THROUGH DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING, SOCIAL WORK SERVICES, EMERGENCY SHELTER, RESEARCH AND ADVOCACY, AND ENGAGE IN COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DESIGNED TO IMPROVE ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES IN ECONOMICALLY DEPRESSED AREAS.

DEVELOP RENTAL UNITS FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES; IMPROVE DISTRESSED NEIGHBORHOODS. PHYSICALLY AND SOCIALLY DEVELOP HOUSING FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSEHOLDS. PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN MISSOURI IN CONJUNCTION WITH LOCAL HOUSING AUTHORITIES. SUPPORT EDUCATION REGARDING THE USE OF HISTORIC TAX CREDITS FOR AFFORDABLE AND WORKFORCE HOUSING. SUPPORT VARIOUS HOUSING AUTHORITY'S, LOW INCOME, AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING WITH ACCESS TO BROADBAND THROUGH PROGRAMS LIKE CONNECT HOME NATION AND COLLECTIVE IMPACT, INCLUDING COMMUNITY BROADBAND SERVICES AND WORKING TO DECREASE THE DIGITAL DIVIDE AND INCREASE DIGITAL INCLUSION, INCLUDING EDUCATION TRAINING PROGRAMS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THESE COMMUNITIES.
