EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT - PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY COMPREHENSIVE CHILD AND FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TO INCOME AND AGE ELIGIBLE CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES, WHICH INCLUDES EDUCATION, HEALTH, NUTRITION, MENTAL HEALTH, AND PARENT INVOLVEMENT. APPROXIMATELY 560 CLIENTS SERVED.


COMMUNITY SERVICES - COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAMS STRIVE TO REDUCE POVERTY AND EMPOWER LOW-INCOME FAMILIES TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT. APPROXIMATELY 10,592 CLIENTS SERVED.


ENERGY ASSISTANCE - ASSISTS QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES BY PROVIDING LIMITED PAYMENTS TO HAVE ELECTRICITY AND/OR GAS BILLS PAID AND SERVICES RESTORED. APPROXIMATELY 4,478 HOUSEHOLDS SERVED.

ELDERLY SERVICES - COORDINATES A VOLUNTEER PROGRAM TO ASSIST WITH PROVIDING EARLY CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES AND EDUCATION. APPROXIMATELY 69 CLIENTS SERVED. HOUSING SERVICES - PROVIDES HOME OWNERSHIP, DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE, AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR THOSE WHO ARE INCOME ELIGIBLE, INCLUDING HOUSING REHABILITATION AND RENTAL ASSISTANCE. APPROXIMATELY 341 FAMILIES SERVED. ELDERLY SERVICES - COORDINATES A VOLUNTEER PROGRAM TO ASSIST WITH PROVIDING EARLY CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES AND EDUCATION. APPROXIMATELY 70 CLIENTS PARTICIPATE.
