YOUNG WORKERS: PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS TO DEVELOP THE CONFIDENCE, SKILLS, AND HABITS NEEDED TO EXPERIENCE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SUCCESS THROUGH THOROUGH CASE MANAGEMENT, PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRAINING, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA ATTAINMENT, POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION, PAID HANDS-ON WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE, SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, AND CONNECTION TO NECESSARY RESOURCES.


YOUNG SCHOLARS: PROVIDES EXPERIENCES AND MENTORSHIP THAT EMPOWER YOUTH THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF SKILLS, HABITS, SOCIO-EMOTIONAL LEARNING, ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES, GOAL SETTING AND ENGAGES YOUTH IN IMPROVING ACADEMIC SKILLS FOCUSING ON MATH, LANGUAGE ARTS AND COLLEGE PREPARATION THROUGH USE OF AMERICORPS MEMBERS AS MENTORS. YOUNG SCHOLARS PROVIDES A CAPACITY-BUILDING FRAMEWORK THAT ALLOWS MENTORS THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD SKILLS ALONGSIDE THE YOUTH THEY SERVE.


YOUNG LEADERS: PROVIDES ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES AND IMPROVES SOCIAL CONDITIONS IN A SUSTAINABLE WAY FOR DISADVANTAGED YOUTH. YOUTH ARE CONNECTED TO PAID AND UNPAID WORK EXPLORATION OPPORTUNITIES.
