IT CONTRACTED WITH EMMA NORTON SERVICES FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT TO THE PROPERTY AND IN THE DELIVERY OF OFFER SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO THE TENANTS. EMMA'S PLACE TRANSFERRED ITS OWNERSHIP IN THE TOWNHOME COMPLEX TO EMMA'S PLACE, LLC IN 2020.
