Part 3 - Line 4a
PROVIDES CONFERENCES AND TRAINING THROUGHOUT THE YEAR FOR LOW INCOME HOUSING PROVIDERS. THESE TRAININGS DEAL WITH PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
SCHOLARSHIPS ARE PROVIDED TO ELIGIBLE ADULTS AND HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS FOR ACCREDITED POST SECONDARY EDUCATION PROGRAMS.
