KNOLLWOOD PLACE APARTMENTS IS A 153-UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING PROVIDING MARKET RATE HOUSING TO THE ELDERLY WHO DESIRE TO LIVE IN AN INDEPENDENT ENVIRONMENT BUT ARE NOT ABLE TO DO SO IN THEIR OWN HOME. TWENTY-FOUR HOUR HOME CARE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE, INCLUDING EMERGENCY NURSING CARE. KNOLLWOOD PLACE APARTMENTS ELDERLY AND CONGREGATE SERVICES PROVIDE TENANTS OF THE PROJECT WITH A COMMUNAL DINING ROOM, PROGRAMS, AND ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES IN ORDER TO INCREASE SOCIALIZATION AND INDEPENDENT LIFESTYLES.
