COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:PROVIDED A CONTINUUM OF HOUSING SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES; PROVIDED HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELING AND FINANCIAL EDUCATION TO 193 HOUSEHOLDS; WEATHERIZED 16 HOMES; ASSISTED 169 HOMES WITH ENERGY RELATED REPAIRS; ASSISTED 5,165 HOUSEHOLDS WITH ENERGY ASSISTANCE; PROVIDED ENERGY CRISIS ASSISTANCE TO 2,135 HOMES; PROVIDED HOMELESS PREVENTION AND ASSISTANCE TO 100 HOUSEHOLDS; PROVIDED TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND RAPID REHOUSING TO 70 HOUSEHOLDS; PROVIDED PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING TO 9 HOUSEHOLDS; PROVIDED SNAP FOOD STAMP OUTREACH TO 703 HOUSEHOLDS; ASSISTED 735 HOUSEHOLDS WITH FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO MITIGATE THE EFFECTS OF THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK; PROVIDED GENERAL AND HOUSING INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, EDUCATION, OUTREACH ACTIVITIES, ADVOCACY INFORMATION TO LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS IN GOODHUE, OLMSTED, RICE, AND WABASHA COUNTIES.


TRANSPORTATION: PROVIDED 149,753 PUBLIC TRANSIT RIDES AND PROVIDED 3,255 VOLUNTEER RIDES.


EARLY CHILDHOOD/HEAD START:PROVIDED EARLY CHILDHOOD/HEAD START SERVICES TO 208 CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES; PROVIDED EARLY HEAD START HOME VISITING SERVICES TO 66 FAMILIES OF CHILDREN AGED BIRTH TO 3; PROVIDED EARLY HEAD START CENTER BASED CHILD CARE SERVICES TO 20 INFANTS AND TODDLERS; PROVIDED TWO EXTRA WEEKS OF HOME VISITS TO 101 CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.


HOUSING DEVELOPMENT:ASSISTED 9 HOUSEHOLDS WITH GAP FINANCING; MANAGED 579 AFFORDABLE RENTAL UNITS; DEVELOPED 87 AFFORDABLE RENTAL UNITS; EXPLORED INNOVATIVE HOUSING PROJECT MODELS FOR 6 COMMUNITIES.OLDER ADULT SERVICES PROVIDED 33,553 MEALS TO OLDER ADULTS AND DISABLED CLIENTS; PROVIDED SERVICES TO 667 OLDER ADULTS AND CAREGIVERS.
