AFFORDABLE HOUSING - DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF HOUSING SERVICES THAT ALLOW INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO THRIVE BY PROVIDING A STRONG, STABLE FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS THROUGH QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HOUSING. HOUSING STOCK IS TYPICALLY DEVELOPED THROUGH PURCHASE OF LOW-COST, NEGLECTED HOMES IN THE COMMUNITY; REHABILITATION OF HOMES USING EXTENSIVE INVOLVEMENT OF COMMUNITY BUSINESSES, SCHOOLS AND VOLUNTEERS; AND RENTAL OF UNITS AT A RATE THAT IS AFFORDABLE TO THE TENANTS (I.E. RENT IS SET AT AN AFFORDABLE LEVEL PROPORTIONAL TO TENANT INCOME). FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS SERVED BY THESE PROGRAMS REQUIRE LITTLE TO NO CASE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT.


SUPPORTIVE HOUSING - DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. IN ADDITION TO QUALITY, STABLE, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO THESE HOUSEHOLDS. THROUGH INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT AND LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION, PARTICIPANTS WILL MAXIMIZE THEIR LEVEL OF SELF-SUFFICIENCY, INDEPENDENCE, AND QUALITY OF LIFE. A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS ARE UTILIZED TO ENSURE THAT THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF PARTICIPANTS ARE ADDRESSED. ALL PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO HELP PARTICIPANTS ACHIEVE SELF-SUFFICIENCY, DIGNITY AND PERSONAL SUCCESS.


CRISIS HOUSING - PROVIDING SAFE, TEMPORARY SHELTER TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. IN ADDITION TO SHELTER, PARTICIPANTS ARE OFFERED SERVICES INCLUDING CASE MANAGEMENT, ADDICTION RECOVERY, MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT, AND A VARIETY OF OTHER SUPPORTS TO REMOVE BARRIERS THAT MAY PREVENT THEM FROM ACHIEVING HOUSING. A DEDICATED STREET OUTREACH TEAM IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO CONNECT WITH THOSE LIVING IN PLACES NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN HABITATION.
