FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES - SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES INCLUDING AUTISM. SUPPORT COORDINATORS WORK WITH THE FAMILIES AND YOUTH TO ASSIST THEM IN ACHIEVING GOALS IN THE AREAS OF DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES, IMPROVING THE CHILD'S ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE AND INTERACT WITH THEIR ENVIRONMENT, AND PROMOTING INCLUSION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE COMMUNITY.
