TO PROVIDE HEALTH, LIFE, AND WORKMANS COMPEMSATION INSURANCE PREMIUMS FOR THE 97 PARTICIPATING SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICTS IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.


ALL OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND PROGRAMS INCLUDING FARM PROGRESS SHOW, ENVIROTHON, EARTH STEWARDSHIP DAY, AND OTHER PROGRAMS.
