LABOR MANAGEMENT: THE PURPOSE OF THE LABOR-MANAGEMENT PROGRAM IS TO PROMOTE IMPROVED COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION BETWEEN LABOR AND MANAGEMENT IN ORDER TO ENHANCE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WITHIN SOUTHWESTERN ILLINOIS AND GREATER ST. LOUIS REGION.


MILITARY AFFAIRS: SERVES AS THE FRAMEWORK FOR ALL SECTORS OF SOUTHWESTERN ILLINOIS TO UNDERSTAND AND SERVE THE MUTUAL NEEDS OF THE DOD, REGIONAL MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, AND GREATER ST. LOUIS REGION.


TRANSPORTATION: PURPOSE IS TO WORK WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE MISSOURI DEPARTMENT TO ENANCE THEIR AWARENESS OF TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS IN SOUTHWESTERN ILLINOIS AND GREATER ST. LOUIS REGION.


PUBLIC RELATIONS: THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO INCREASE THE AWARENESS OF SOUTHWESTERN ILLINOIS AND GREATER ST. LOUIS REGION'S BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES TO THE ENTIRE ST. LOUIS REGION.EDUCATION: PROMOTE THE FORMATION OF PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN BUSINESS, EDUCATION, AND LABOR. THESE PARTNERSHIPS ARE DESIGNED TO MOTIVATE STUDENTS TO STAY IN SCHOOL AND PREPARE FOR WORKFORCE ENTRY.ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: ATTRACT AND RETAIN JOBS, STIMULATE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AND INCREASE THE ECONOMIC CAPACITY OF SOUTHWESTERN ILLINOIS AND GREATER ST.
