HOLOCAUST EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS ARE GENERATED BY AND DISTRIBUTED BY THE SURVIVOR MITZVAH PROJECT AS A WAY TO EDUCATE AND INVOLVE STUDENTS, EDUCATORS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS TO THE PLIGHT OF ELDERLY HOLOCAUST SURVIVORS LIVING IN DIRE CIRCUMSTANCES IN EASTERN EUROPE. PARTICULAR ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE CONTRIBUTION THAT SUCH TEACHING CAN MAKE TO THE REALIZATION OF HELP FOR THE SURVIVORS AND AS A GUARD AGAINST RACISM AND ANTI-SEMITISM
