RENEW MOLINE, INC IS DEDICATED TO FACILITATING AND SUPPORTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN MOLINE. IT IS COMMITTED TO INCREASING EMPLOYMENT, RETAINING JOBS, ENHANCING THE TAX BASE AND MAKING VISUAL AND AESTHETIC IMPROVEMENTS.

RENEW MOLINE PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH A PRIMARY FOCUS ON FACILITATING PRIVATE LAND DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENTS, WHILE HELPING TO SECURE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS. EMPHASIS REMAINS ON PARTNERING WITH THE CITY OF MOLINE TO IMPLEMENT THE MOLINE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATES - MOLINE CENTRE, FLORECIENTE, AND EDGEWATER, ADOPTED APRIL 22, 2014. MUCH OF RENEW MOLINE'S WORK IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH CITY STAFF AND ELECTED OFFICIALS, PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANTS, AND OTHER PARTNERS. RENEW MOLINE ASSISTS DEVELOPERS AND BUSINESSES BY DESIGNING AND MANAGING DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES THROUGH A PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM AND DESIGN BUILD MANAGEMENT TEAM PROCESS.
