SCA PROVIDES SHORT AND LONG-TERM NURSING HOME CARE, ASSISTED LIVING, HOUSING (MARKET RATE AND HUD-ASSISTED), AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES, INCLUDING HOME CARE AND HOSPICE PRIMARILY TO THE ELDERLY OF THE TWIN CITIES METROPOLITAN AREA.
