THE BOWLING GREEN STATE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION SUPPORTS BOWLING GREEN STATE UNIVERSITY BY RECEIVING, INVESTING AND STEWARDING PRIVATE GIFTS, AND BY ENCOURAGING PROSPECTIVE DONORS TO GIVE.
Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS IS A CRITICAL PART OF THE BGSU FOUNDATION, INC. IN SUPPORT OF THE BOWLING GREEN STATE UNIVERSITY'S ONGOING COMMITMENT TO ACCESS, AFFORDABILITY AND OPPORTUNITY; SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS ARE GRANTED BASED UPON DEFINED GUIDELINES AND PREREQUISITES.
THE BGSU FOUNDATION, INC. PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENTS OF BOWLING GREEN STATE UNIVERSITY THAT ADVANCE THE STRATEGIC PLAN OF THE UNIVERSITY AND THE UNIVERSITY'S MISSION TO FOSTER ENGAGED CITIZENSHIP, GLOBAL LEADERSHIP AND CAREER PREPAREDNESS.
