MINDFUL LEADERSHIP/ TEAM BUILDING - HEALTHY COMMUNITIES, WORKPLACES, SCHOOLS AND FAMILIES BEGIN WITH HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS. TO THIS END, COMMON GROUND PROVIDES PROGRAMS AND SERVICES DESIGNED TO SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS IN THEIR ONGOING DEVELOPMENT OF A HEALTHY LIFE -- IN MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT. PROGRAMS INCLUDE CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP RETREATS FOR WORKPLACES, FIRST STEP, ADVENTURE CHALLENGE, HIGH ROPES AND A VARIETY OF EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS.


YOUTH PROGRAMS FOCUS ON ENHANCING YOUNG PEOPLE'S SENSE OF RELATIONSHIP WITH THEMSELVES, EACH OTHER, AND THE WORLD. HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE LEARN NEW SKILLS, REALIZE THEIR POTENTIAL, AND DEVELOP A SENSE OF BELONGING AND PURPOSE IN THE WORLD ARE BUILDING BLOCKS FOR MORE INTEGRATED, HAPPIER, HEALTHIER LIVES: AT HOME, IN SCHOOL, AND THE COMMUNITY. PROGRAMS INCLUDE, EARTH CAMP, DISCOVERY DAYS, ADVENTURE CHALLENGE, HIGH ROPES AND LIFE SCHOOL.


CANOPY TOUR - THE CANOPY TOUR ALLOWS COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND GROUPS TO EXPERIENCE NATURE THROUGH THE EXPERIENCE OF THE TREE TOPS. THIS EXPERIENCE CAN BE USED FOR TEAM BUILDING AS WELL AS THE DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL SKILLS.
