PACIFIC PALMS MOBILE HOME PARK (PACIFIC PALMS) IS LOCATED AT 2727 EAST PACIFIC STREET IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA. PACIFIC PALMS CONSISTS OF 142 MOBILE HOME SPACES. PACIFIC PALMS, WHICH WAS A SENIOR PARK IS TRENDING TO A FAMILY PARK AND CONSISTS OF DOUBLEWIDE SPACES; HOWEVER, THERE ARE SEVERAL SPACES OCCUPIED WITH SINGLEWIDE HOMES. MOST OF THE HOMES HAVE AWNINGS AND CONCRETE OR ASPHALT DRIVEWAYS, AS WELL AS COVERED CARPORTS. PACIFIC PALMS IS RECTANGULAR IN SHAPE AND HAS A TOTAL AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 15.35 ACRES. PACIFIC PALMS AND PACIFIC PALMS-OWNED BUILDINGS WERE CONSTRUCTED IN 1972. THE OVERALL RANGE FOR RENTS IS $420 TO $725 PER MONTH WITH AVERAGE RENTS OF $507 PER MONTH.
