TO GIVE CHILDREN A SAFE HOME WHILE EDUCATING THEIR BIRTH PARENTS SO THAT FAMILY REUNIFICATION CAN TAKE PLACE. TO HAVE CHILDREN ADOPTED INTO SAFE HOMES, STABLE FAMILIES.

Part 3 - Line 4a

TO COORDINATE THE FOSTERING OF CHILDREN TO LICENSED FOSTER HOMES, SOME OF WHICH ARE RELATIVE PLACEMENTS. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO PROTECT CHILDREN AND EDUCATE THEIR PARENTS WHILE PROTECTING THE CHILDREN FORM ABUSIVE AND/OR NEGLECTFUL ENVIROMENT. ONCE THE PARENTAL HOMES ARE MORE RECEPTIVE TO RAISING THE CHILDREN WITHOUT CAUSING THEM HARM, THE CHILDREN ARE RETURNED TO THEIR BIRTH PARENTS.


TO PLACE CHILDREN IN ADOPTIVE HOMES SO THAT THEY CAN HAVE A STABLE, LOVING ENVIRONMENT TO GROW AND DEVELOP IN.
