TRI PARTNERS EXTENSIVELY WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS WHO SERVE THE SAME POPULATION - COUNTY BOARDS OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, COUNSELING SERVICES, SCHOOLS, AND OTHER NONPROFITS - TO PROVIDE WRAPAROUND SERVICES.
