TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE SAFE HEARTS CPR COMMUNITY TRAINING PROGRAM AND OTHER NON-PROFIT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS OPERATING FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE COMMUNITY IN MANATEE, CHARLOTTE AND SARASOTA COUNTIES OF FLORIDA. PARTICIPATION IN THE MDA "FILL THE BOOT" CAMPAIGN RAISING FUNDS LOCALLY FOR THE MDA IS A SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITY OF THE ORGANIZATION.

SUPPORT WAS PROVIDED FOR THE SAFE HEARTS COMMUNITY CPR TRAINING PROGRAM AND TO OTHER RECOGNIZED NON-PROFIT IRS 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS OPERATING FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE COMMUNITY IN MANATEE, CHARLOTTE AND SARASOTA COUNTIES OF FLORIDA. SERVICES FOR THIS ACCOMPLISHMENT WERE DRAMATICALLY REDUCED DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.


MDA FILL THE BOOT - MEMBER FIRE FIGHTERS GATHER ON STREETS COLLECTING MONEY IN THEIR BOOTS FROM NEIGHBORS AND PASSERSBY TO BENEFIT OF THE MUSCULAR DISTROPHY ASSOCIATION. THIS ACCOMPLISHMENT WAS CANCELLED THIS YEAR DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.
