THE CLUB OFFERS A WIDE VARIETY OF FITNESS CLASSES INCLUDING YOGA AND AEROBIC CLASSES. THE FITNESS PROGRAM INCLUDES CARDIO AND STRENGTH TRAINING. THE FULL-LENGTH LAP SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN YEAR ROUND TO ALL FITNESS MEMBERS
THE CLUB PROVIDES MEN'S AND WOMEN'S LOCKER ROOMS AND OTHER SERVICES TO SUPPORT USE OF THE FACILITY. TENNIS, FITNESS AND SWIM SUPPLIES ARE SOLD FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE MEMBERS.
THE CLUB OFFERS YEAR ROUND TENNIS FOR ALL AGES. THE TENNIS PROGRAM IS RUN BY A FULL TIME TENNIS DIRECTOR. TENNIS PROGRAMS INCLUDE PRIVATE LESSONS, GROUP CLINICS, USTA TEAMS, TOURNAMENTS AND A HIGHLY STRUCTURED JUNIOR PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AGED 4 TO 18.
