TRUMBULL COUNTY LAND BANK PROGRAM - USED TO ASSIST RETURNING VACANT PROPERTY TO PRODUCTIVE USE AND CREATING HOME OWNERSHIP.


WARREN ENRICHED PROGRAM - AIMED AT WORKING TO BEAUTIFY WARREN NEIGHBORHOODS THROUGH CLEANUP AND BY REPLACING BLIGHT WITH USEFUL AND BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY SPACES THROUGHOUT THE CITY.


BUILDING A BETTER WARREN PROGRAM - CONNECTS THE NEED FOR RESIDENT-DRIVEN COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION WITH JOB CREATION DOING THE WORK OF BLIGHT REMEDIATION BY OFFERING TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT IN RENOVATION, DECONSTRUCTION, LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION, AND VACANT PROPERTY MAINTENANCE IN ORDER TO STABILIZE VACANT AND BLIGHTED PROPERTIES AND CREATE HOMEOWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES.
