AFRICAN ROAD BUILDS LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL CHANGEMAKERS, FOR THE LIFE, HEALTH AND GROWTH OF COMMUNITIES IN EAST AFRICA. AFRICAN ROAD WORKS ALONGSIDE CHANGEMAKERS (AFRICAN INDIVIDUALS AND GRASSROOTS ORGANIZATIONS WORKING IN EAST AFRICA) TO CO-CREATE STRATEGIES THAT INCREASE EQUITY AND EMPOWER COMMUNITIES ECONOMICALLY AND SOCIALLY, INCREASING CAPACITY FOR POSITIVE CHANGE. SPECIFICALLY, AFRICAN ROAD PROVIDES RELATIONAL PARTNERSHIP WITH COLLABORATIVE STRATEGIC PLANNING, PROJECT FUNDING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, CAPACITY BUILDING FOR LEADERS, EVALUATION, MONITORING, AND OTHER TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
