THE MISSION OF THE KARMA CAT + ZEN DOG RESCUE SOCIETY IS TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND PEACEFUL HAVEN FOR HOMELESS, ABANDONED OR ABUSED ANIMALS. WE WILL HELP DECREASE THE NUMBER OF CATS AND DOGS BEING DESTROYED IN KILL SHELTERS THROUGH THE WORK OF OUR ADOPTION, TRAP-NEUTER-RETURN, AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS.

Part 3

INTAKE OF 259 CATS FROM THE COMMUNITY (LOCAL SHELTERS, STRAYS, AND OWNER SURRENDERS), PROVIDING HEALTH CARE, HOUSING, AND WELLNESS SERVICES TO THESE ANIMALS WHILE IN OUR CARE AND FINDING THEM HOMES THROUGH OUR ADOPTION PROGRAM


TRAP-NEUTER-RETURN SERVICES FOR 274 FERAL CATS IN THE COMMUNITY, INCLUDING MEDICAL CARE (VACCINATIONS, SPAY/NEUTER, MICROCHIP, ETC.,), TEMPORARY HOUSING, AND WELLNESS CARE


SANCTUARY CAT PROGRAM - 6 CATS WERE SUPPORTED THROUGH OUR SANCTUARY PROGRAM. THESE CATS HAVE HIGH MEDICAL NEEDS AND ARE NOT CONSIDERED ADOPTABLE.


EXPENSES RELATED TO OUTREACH PROGRAM SUPPLIES FOR EDUCATIONAL EVENTS FOR CHILDREN ABOUT ANIMAL CARE.
