AMY YOUNG BARRIER REMOVAL PROGRAM - SERVES TO PROVIDE ONE-TIME GRANTS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES WHO NEED MODIFICATIONS TO INCREASE ACCESSIBILITY AND ELIMINATE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS IN THEIR HOME.
