MANAGER OF THE KENYA CATALYTIC JOB FUND, A 5M UK AID FUNDED PROGRAM DESIGNED TO TEST AND SUPPORT INNOVATIVE ENTERPRISES THAT HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO CATALYSE JOB CREATION FOR THE YOUTH AND VULNERABLE POPULATIONS IN KENYA, AT SCALE.
WE HAVE TRAINED OVER 6,700 ENTREPRENEURS IN KENYA, UGANDA, RWANDA, GHANA, LIBERIA BRAZIL, BURUNDI, MONGOLIA AND MEXICO. AS THEY GROW THEIR BUSINESSES, THEY BUILD THE LOCAL ECONOMY AND CREATE JOBS THAT ALLEVIATE POVERTY. IN ADDITION TO OUR CORE TRAINING PROGRAMS, WE CREATE ONGOING ALUMNI NETWORKS AND RUN AN ACCELERATOR PROGRAM TO EQUIP ENTREPRENEURS TO OVERCOME BARRIERS TO SCALE AND SECURE NEEDED CAPITAL.
