(UCRHH) IS TO PROVIDE A HOMELIKE SETTING FOR THE PLACEMENT OF INDIVIDUALS FACING END-OF-LIFE CARE IN HARFORD COUNTY, MARYLAND AND NEIGHBORING BALTIMORE AND CECIL COUNTIES. THIS NON-PROFIT HOSPICE FACILITY IS A PLACE OF PEACE, SERENITY AND COMPASSIONATE CARE FOR INDIVIDUALS IN THE FINAL STAGE OF LIFE WHO CANNOT BE CARED FOR IN THEIR HOME OR OTHER LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY. ALTHOUGH THIS CARE CAN BE PROVIDED IN A PERSON'S HOME, THERE ARE OFTEN FINANCIAL OR FAMILY CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH REQUIRE PLACEMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL IN A RESIDENTIAL HOSPICE HOUSE FOR THE SAKE OF THE INDIVIDUAL AND THEIR FAMILY.
