THE TONY BLAIR AFRICA GOVERNANCE INITIATIVE US, DBA THE TONY BLAIR FOUNDATION PRIMARILY RAISES FUNDS TO SUPPORT PROGRAMS THAT PIONEER NEW WAYS OF WORKING WITH AFRICAN COUNTRIES, EQUIPPING VISIONARY AFRICAN LEADERS WITH THE CAPACITY TO DELIVER ON THEIR REFORM AGENDAS, TACKLE POVERTY AND ATTRACT SUSTAINABLE INVESTMENT. TBFF'S MISSION WAS TO PROVIDE THE PRACTICAL SUPPORT TO PREVENT AND COUNTER RELIGIOUS CONFLICT, PREJUDICE AND EXTREMISM IN ORDER TO HAVE AN OPEN MINDED AND STABLE WORLD. TBF HAS BEEN FORMED TO CONTINUE TO SUPPORT BOTH OF THESE INITIATIVES AS WELL AS SUPPORT THE INITIATIVE IN THE MIDDLE EAST TO BOOST CONFIDENCE BETWEEN ISRAEL AND PALESTINIANS FOR A MORE DIPLOMATIC PROCESS IN THE REGION.
