TO PROVIDE BASIC NEEDS MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL LITERACY, IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION ASSISTANCE,ENGLISH LANGUAGE LITERACY AND CITIZENSHIP CLASSES, EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF CULTURAL AND SOCIAL INTEGRATION FOR ADULTS AND FAMILIES.


TO PROVIDE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, INCLUDING CASE MANAGEMENT, OUTPATIENT COUNSELING, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HOME ORGANIZATION (BHHO) SERVICES, SECTION 28 REHABILITATIVE AND COMMUNITY SERVICES FOR CHILDREN, AND HOME AND COMMUNITY TREATMENT (HCT) SERVICES.
