TO COLLABORATE WITH AND ESTABLISH A NETWORK BETWEEN MEMBERS OF THE TOWN, COUNTY AND STATE FOR THE USE AND DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPREHENSIVE MASTER PLAN FOR THE NISSEQUOGUE RIVER STATE PARK; TO EVALUATE, COLLABORATE AND ESTABLISH WAYS TO MAKE THE PARK SELF-SUSTAINING THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NETWORK OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS; TO HELP PROTECT THE FRAGILE ECOSYSTEMS THAT EXIST ON AND ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY, AND MEET THE DIVERSIFIED NEEDS OT THE COMMUNITY AND THE STATE OF NEW YORK FOR GENERATIONS TO COME.
