HOUSING - DESIGNED TO HELP STABILIZE THE CURRENT HOUSING SITUATION THROUGH PROGRAMS AIMED AT PREVENTING HOMELESSNESS INCLUDING HOUSING COUNSELING, BUDGETING, ASSISTANCE, TENANT LANDLORD RELATIONS, AND HUNGER RELIEF SERVICES. SERVED 19,903 CLIENTS.
