MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE LOUDOUN FAIRGROUNDS TO ACT AS A FACILITY FOR YOUTH PROGRAMS AND THE ANNUAL LOUDOUN COUNTY FAIR. ANNUAL LOUDOUN COUNTY FAIR TO SHOWCASE AGRICULTURAL AND HOME ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES AND CREATE A MARKET FOR ANIMALS AND PRODUCE RAISED BY THE COUNTIES VARIOUS YOUTH GROUPS WAS NOT HELD DUE COVID. WILL RETURN IN 2021.
