WEST SHORE COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION EXISTS TO RAISE FUNDS TO SUPPORT COLLEGE ACTIVITIES. THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE THE EXTRA RESOURCES THAT HELP WEST SHORE COMMUNITY COLLEGE ACHIEVE GREATNESS, INCLUDING STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS AND SUPPORT FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS.

THE FOUNDATION DISTRIBUTED $8,700 TO WEST SHORE COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAM WHICH BENEFITS STUDENTS AS WELL AS LOCAL RESIDENTS.


THE FOUNDATION DISTRIBUTED $252,262 TO WEST SHORE COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOR STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR.


THE FOUNDATION DISTRIBUTED $10,000 TO WEST SHORE COMMUNITY COLLEGE HUMANKIND SERIES. HUMANKIND IS WSCC'S ARTS AND CULTURE LECTURE SERIES. THE SERIES CONSISTS OF LECTURES, PRESENTATIONS, WORKSHOPS, ART EXHIBITIONS, FILM SERIES, AND MUCH MORE.


THE FOUNDATION DISTRIBUTED $8,000 TO SUPPORT THE WEST SHORE COMMUNITY COLLEGE MUDDY FOX TROT FUN RUN. THE RUN IS DESIGNED TO BUILD STUDENT CAMARADERIE AND IS RUN ANNUALLY.
