TO EDUCATE, INSPIRE AND MOBILIZE CHRISTIANS IN THEIR EFFORT TO CARE FOR GOD'S CREATION, TO BE FAITHFUL STEWARDS OF GOD'S PROVISION, AND TO ADVOCATE FOR ACTIONS AND POLICIES THAT HONOR GOD AND PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT.

OUTREACH & EDUCATION - EEN PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND OTHER RESOURCES TO INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS THAT HELP PEOPLE TO TAKE CONCRETE ACTIONS THAT WILL HONOR GOD AND PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT. A KEY PART OF OUR INFORMATION SERVICES IS THE PUBLISHING OF A WEEKLY ON-LINE NEWSLETTER, IN THE BEGINNING, THAT PROVIDES INFORMATION AND RESOURCES FOR CREATION CARE EDUCATION. ADDITIONALLY, EEN MAINTAINS AND CONSTANTLY UPDATES AN ON-LINE WEBSITE FILLED WITH INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES.


NETWORK MOBILIZATION - EEN PROVIDES PASTORS AND CHURCHES WITH THEOLOGICAL AND SPIRITUAL GUIDELINES ON CHRISTIAN RESPONSIBILITY IN LIGHT OF BIBLICAL TEACHING, AND ORGANIZES MEETINGS, CONFERENCES AND PROJECTS TO ADVANCE THESE TEACHINGS IN CHURCHES. EEN ALSO HAS WORKED TO EXPAND ITS NETWORK TO INCLUDE MINISTRY NETWORKS SUCH AS THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF EVANGELICALS, THE CHRISTIAN COALITION OF AMERICA, AND VARIOUS RELIEF AND DEVELOPMENT MINISTRIES. THE INTENT OF THESE PARTNERSHIPS IS TO HIGHLIGHT THE IMPACT OF CLIMATE CHANGE ON THE POOR IN THE DEVELOPING WORLD, AND SHOWING THE NETWORKS WHAT CAN BE DONE TO ASSIST THOSE IMPACTED.


YOUNG EVANGELICALS FOR CLIMATE ACTION: WE ARE YOUNG EVANGELICALS IN THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE COMING TOGETHER AND TAKING ACTION TO OVERCOME THE CLIMATE CRISIS AS PART OF OUR CHRISTIAN DISCIPLESHIP AND WITNESS.
