MUSEUM OPENED ON 10/18/96 WITH 26 DISPLAY HELICOPTERS, PICTURES, VIDEOS & GUIDED TOURS. THE MUSEUM IS SUPPORTED BY VOLUNTEERS AND MEMBERS, NUMBERING IN EXCESS OF 900. MUSEUM CONSTANTLY RUNS PROGRAMS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE HISTORY AND USES OF THE HELICOPTERS AND OTHER ROTARY AIRCRAFT.
